Design / Artwork

The best format for printing is a high resolution PDF, we can on occasion print from a word document or a .jpg image. If you are not sure, just drop us an email to studio@finkprint.co.uk and we can check the artwork for you.

Yes. Should you need help with your design, we have a variety of packages to suit your budget and requirements. Each product outlines the artwork requirements should you wish to provide your own artwork, or feel free to pop in to discuss your design and we can help.

This goes without saying, we will never send anything to print without your absolute approval.

We sure can! Fink Print offer a range of mini logo designs which are extremely budget friendly. Frankman can offer a completely bespoke logo design and branding packages .

Some products we can print just as single copies, each product page shows the minimum order quantities. The higher quantity we can print at the same time, results in a more cost effective solution for you.

In most cases, we can arrange for specific sizes to be printed. Please just ask our studio for whatever you are looking for.

There are too many to list, why have a great range of samples available in our Torquay shop, so why not pop in and we can discuss your requirements. If you are looking for something specific we can help source that for you.

General Questions

Absolutely, we are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 1pm for you to pop in. We can see you outside these hours, we just ask that you make an appointment to ensure we are not busy with other clients.

To enable us to offer you the best pricing, we combine our orders and therefore offer a standard delivery time of 3 to 4 days. We can speed things up if you need us to, it just costs a little extra.

We certainly do,  and would be delighted to help. In some instances, we can offer even same day printing.

Not at all, we can offer design to any one in the world, and deliver print across the UK.

For small jobs yes we can offer immediate print and collection straight away, although we would always appreciate a little notice. Most print projects we work with a series of trusted print partners across the UK who give us fantastic trade prices, so we can produce quality and affordable print solutions for you.

We can arrange delivery direct to you, or perhaps you are outside Torquay and prefer to have your print delivered direct, just let us know and we can arrange this for you. There is no extra charge if you tell us at the point of order.

Do I need to pay VAT on printed products?

Some printed products are tax-free, but there are a few you will need to pay VAT on.

Prices on our website exclude VAT, it’s important to know which printed products are VATable. The following shows which printed matter has standard rated VAT and which products are VAT free. The standard VAT rate is 20%.
